Software for print, signage and promotional product companies

Every job runs through several rounds of artwork proofing by email, and every reorder is rebuilt from scratch as if the job had never existed. Both are pure administrative overhead on work the shop already knows how to do.

Product, property and assets. Orders, reservations, inventory and occupancy need consistent records. Compare specialist tools first, then define any custom coordination around changes, exceptions and reconciliation.

Sub-niches covered: Commercial and offset print, Wide format and signage, Apparel decoration and embroidery, Promotional product distribution, Packaging and labels, Vehicle wraps and fleet graphics.

You likely have this problem if:

Proofing runs several email rounds per job.

Reorders require rebuilding the quote and re-uploading artwork.

Two estimators price the same job differently.

Customers phone to ask where their job is.

A reprint came down to an ambiguous approval.

What breaks operationally:

Proofs go back and forth by email and the approved version is whichever one somebody remembers.

Reorders require rebuilding the quote and re-uploading artwork.

Job pricing varies by whoever quoted it, with no consistent basis.

Production status is invisible to the customer, so the phone rings.

What we build:

Versioned proof approval. One current proof, explicitly approved with a timestamp, so a reprint argument has an answer.

One-click reorder. Reorders placed from job history with the approved artwork and last pricing already attached.

Consistent job pricing. Pricing built from a maintained model so two estimators quote the same job the same way.

Production status visibility. Customers see where their job is without calling the shop.

Why does proof approval need versioning?

Because reprints are the most expensive mistake in the business and they almost always trace to an ambiguous approval. A timestamped approval against a specific file version settles it in seconds instead of costing a run.

How much volume comes from reorders?

In most established shops, the majority. Making reorders effortless is therefore worth more than most new business activity, and it is a smaller build.

Should customers have accounts?

For reorders, yes, because the value is in their history. For proof approval, no — a scoped link performs far better because the person approving is often not the person who ordered.

Can this handle apparel decoration with size breakdowns?

It has to, and that is a common reason generic print systems fail here. Size and colour matrices need to be first-class in both the quote and the reorder, not an attachment.
